New Headquarters! As we have mentioned in our two previous newsletters, we have outgrown our current office and moving in November. Well that day has come! Over the next 48 hours, our staff will be moving their personal things over in a staggered approach to ensure we are handling support requests. While we have planned and re-planned our move to ensure that our technical support capabilities remain intact, it is certainly possible that the unknown could happen. In that event, we are offering the following alternatives: - Please use our On-Line Live Technical Support chat which you can find at our home page at www.iiiisoftware.com. - If you have an emergency, such as a server down or Visual-Eyes not starting on all workstations, please do not hesitate to contact us on our 24 hour emergency phone. - We ask that all non-emergency related support requests be held until next week. To close, we thank you in advance for your patience during this short time and look forward to serving you as always. Warmest Regards, Visual-Eyes Software Team
