At Visual-Eyes, we are monitoring the situation with COVID-19 closely. We understand that these are extremely stressful times.
As your trusted partner, we are committed to supporting your clinic and recognize the financial impact of being limited to only providing essential services for your patients.
We want to continue to support independent optometry and help with the impact clinic closures will have on our clients. We assure you the wellbeing of our clients and team members are our top priority. We want to help you the best we can and as such, while mass closures are required, we have discounted all monthly subscriptions (Visual-Eyes and VisualCare) and monthly support fees by 50%. In light of this decision, we will be re-issuing all invoices from March 15th, 2020 with a COVID-19 discount for 50% of the existing monthly fees. Furthermore, our price increase scheduled for May 1st, 2020 has been cancelled. We will reevaluate the state of the economy in the new year.
Additionally, any fees associated with new services, new modules, or training that are implemented during office shutdowns related to COVID19 will not be payable until clinics resume regular operation.
